Why egd exists

At egd, our purpose is to help organizations build brands their employees believe in and their customers trust.

We exist because too many companies struggle with clarity of purpose, of message, and of how to bring their people along in the process. We believe when brands are built with intention and taught from the inside out, they grow stronger, more authentic, and more resilient.

Founded by Eric G Dunn, a marketing leader with over 18 years of experience and a marketing professor at NYU, egd brings a teacher’s mindset to branding, marketing, and organizational development.

Education, growth, and development aren’t just what we do—they’re who we are. And it’s also Eric’s initials, so we think that’s kinda cool! A not-so-subtle reminder that growth is a daily practice and getting a little better every day is always the goal.

This belief shapes our purpose, guides our values, and shows up in the promises we make to the organizations and people we work with.
